welcome to common table health alliance
Common Table Health Alliance (CTHA) is a community-based, non-profit, regional health and healthcare improvement collaborative serving Memphis, Shelby County, and the MidSouth region. Read more about our history here! The organization’s mission is to achieve health equity through trusted collaborations, partnerships, and direct services. CTHA was founded in 2000 as Justice in Health, later became Healthy Memphis Common Table in 2006, and in 2012 was renamed the Common Table Health Alliance to reflect its regional efforts. CTHA is respected as an effective neutral convener of community organizations seeking to improve community health through local efforts to identify health disparities, improve healthcare quality, activate and engage healthcare consumers, increase health literacy, and align resources to address the area’s most critical health issues. CTHA’s success as a neutral trusted convener has resulted in several initiatives. Read more about our initiatives here.

MBCC Resources
The Memphis Breast Cancer Consortium Pink Ribbon Resource Directory contains information about services available for patients and caregivers affected by breast cancer. It is meant to serve as a community resource guide, linking individuals to local and national organizations that can be of assistance. This directory is organized into categories that focus on Mammogram and Treatment Centers, Education, Financial Support, Transportation Support, and other Support Services. Click here to download this booklet.
The Memphis Breast Cancer Consortium Membership Profile is a medium used to highlight the work and dedication of our partners and members of the consortium, and the resources that they provide within the Mid-South region. It profiles various organizational programs and services designed to address breast cancer health care within our community. Click here to download this booklet.
The Breast Cancer 901 Community Report reveals the quality, capacity, and utilization of available breast health care services as well as identifying the zip codes most impacted by breast cancer and the existing disparity gaps. The intent of this 10-chapter report is for the reader to learn from national, state and local data. Seventeen local mammogram facilities participated in the 2017 mammogram facility quality and capacity survey. Click here to download this booklet.
